Hikvision PoE Kit

Power over Ethernet (POE) is a technology that allows an Ethernet cable to provide both data and power to IP camera. Hikvision PoE Kits are built-in PoE enabled there is no need to power camera separately. Hikvision PoE kits are easy to install and use simply connect the Hikvision IP cameras to the NVR, Hikvision systems maximum distance for transmission over the built in POE is 100 meters, for longer distance a separate POE switch is required. Hikvision 8mp CCTV are available in 4,8 and 16 CCTV camera kits.

Hikvision IP CCTV Kit

IP stands for Internet Protocol, and basically refers to an IP camera system that can send and receive data via a computer network. Traditional IP CCTV Kit require a separate power cable for IP cameras (Ethernet cable + DC power cable). Hikvision PoC CCTV kit

PoC technology combines and transmits high-definition video signal, coaxial signal, and power over coaxial cable (RG59 or similar). Hikvision recently introduce Power over Coaxial (PoC) to its TVI cameras and DVRs. This makes installing the PoC CCTV Kit a lot simpler, reduce installation time and reduce costs. PoC CCTV Kit can be used on cable runs up to 200 metres and is available in 4,8 and 16 channel CCTV Kits, PoC cameras can also compatibility with non PoC DVRs.

Hikvision Turbo HD kit

The Hikvision Turbo HD kit is based on HDTVI (High Definition Transport Video Interface) technology enables 1080P video transmission over coax cable up-to 500 metres, also compatibility with Hikvision IP cameras, HDTVI-compliant cameras and traditional SD cameras. This means that existing systems can be upgraded simply by replacing the current cameras and DVR while new areas may be covered with the addition of IP network cameras.
